Subscription, not commission.
Mobility and delivery platforms commonly take between 15 and 30 % of every transaction. YLYGO takes nothing. The provider — driver, courier, seller, cook, tradesperson, renter — pays a monthly or yearly subscription and keeps every cent they earn.

The platform's revenue is recurring, predictable and independent of transaction volume. The provider's revenue belongs entirely to the provider.
A position no commission-based platform can copy without contradicting itself.

A built-in giving option
On every module, a listing can be published free of charge : a ride, a parcel carried along the way, an object, a meal, a day's work. The price is locked at zero by the server.
One subscriber, nine uses
Someone who arrives for a ride discovers delivery, the marketplace or rentals at the exact moment those become useful to them.
Nine services, one application.
Each module has its own logic, its own code of conduct and its own separate reputation — an excellent driver does not automatically become an excellent plumber. But all of them share the same verified identity, the same messaging and the same guarantees.
Ride sharing
Posting and searching for journeys, automatic matching with nearby drivers who are online, negotiation through offers and counter-offers, complete ride states. A booking is possible even with no price displayed : the passenger proposes, the driver accepts or counters.
Motorbike rides
The same flow adapted to two wheels, with a choice of vehicle class and a “Women only” option reserved for verified female users.
Parcels & delivery
A four-stage marketplace : listing, negotiation with masked phone numbers, two-sided parcel inspection, then secure handover using six-digit codes, QR code, tracking number and live GPS location. Recurring courier offers manage real departures and remaining seats.
Currency exchange
Peer-to-peer matching, negotiation through in-app messaging, two-step cross validation, contact details revealed only once both sides agree. A code of conduct is mandatory — and YLYGO never holds any funds : the platform is strictly an introduction service.
YlyMarket
New and second-hand goods : eleven categories, fixed or negotiable prices, instant purchase or counter-offer, seller dashboard. A native bridge creates a pre-filled delivery request from any completed sale, and parcel tracking then appears for both parties.
YlyFood
Independent cooks and restaurants publish their dishes with photos, categories and allergens. A complete order cycle with pickup code, dish of the day, anti-waste offers, menus and combos. A hygiene charter is mandatory before any listing.
YlyJob
Two sides of the same module — “I offer my services” and “I'm looking for someone” — across fourteen trades. Search by radius, automatic matching with available nearby providers, a completion code held by the client, and a downloadable proof of work that builds a verifiable professional record.
YlyRent
Peer-to-peer rentals : accommodation, vehicles, construction equipment, event gear. Date-based booking, instant booking enabled item by item, blurred address until agreement, handover and return confirmed by codes, photographic condition report as evidence between the parties.
Business & Enterprise
A fleet, a shop, a restaurant or an agency gathers its members under one storefront, with a public page, a verified badge, a shared quota and an activity dashboard. Companies, for their part, open reserved offers to their employees within a subscribed allowance.
A rental can be completed without leaving the application by a ride, a delivery or a service : someone renting a place books their airport transfer, someone renting machinery adds an operator to it. This movement between modules is what separates a super-app from a simple bundle of services.
An app without commission is also an app where you can give.
Across the seven trading modules, any listing can be published as a gift. A driver heading to church takes passengers for free. A traveller carries a parcel asking nothing in return. Someone offers an object, a place to stay, a meal or a day's work to a person in need.
It works both ways : the giver posts an offer, the person in need posts a request or filters the catalogue in one tap. The price is locked at zero by the server and negotiation is closed — a gift stays a gift.
No lost revenue
The listing still counts against the subscription quota : members' generosity costs the platform nothing, and the giver nothing either.

Seven trading modules open to giving, with no commission ever attached to any of it.
Safeguards that speak to everyone.
Identity verification is mandatory for every transaction and centralised at a single point on the server : tightening a rule applies instantly across all modules, with no risk of an oversight.
Verified identity, enforced
For drivers, licence, registration and insurance must be approved before anything goes live. Every document carries an expiry date, past which the account automatically goes offline.
Capped start code
The departure PIN is confirmed by the driver, with a cap on attempts : repeated wrong entries temporarily lock the function.
SOS and live tracking
Emergency button with location, journey sharing through a public link, emergency contacts and route anomaly detection.
Calls without phone numbers
Audio calls run phone to phone without either number being shared. Real names and numbers appear only after an agreement, and the number disappears forty-eight hours after closing.
“Women only” option
Available on mobility, local jobs and rentals, reserved for verified female users.
Earned reputation, active moderation
Ratings kept separate per module, multi-criteria reviews, badges that are calculated rather than claimed. A rating that falls too low, or repeated reports, automatically suspends the account.
The product exists — and it runs.
YLYGO is not a project waiting for funding : it is a platform in service, built version after version on infrastructure that has never stopped running.

A single codebase feeds all three channels — web, Google Play and the App Store — at a maintenance cost far below that of two separate native applications.
Multi-country down to the detail
Four languages, currencies and price grids configurable per country, and every timestamp shown in the local time of the reader's device, whatever the zone.
A release discipline
Systematic syntax validation, strict symmetry across the four languages checked at every version, query analysis before release, versioned database migrations.
What comes next.
The work under way reuses the existing infrastructure — verified accounts, messaging, negotiation, subscriptions, ratings, geolocation — which cuts both cost and delivery time considerably.
YlyPay
The network's electronic wallet, built into the application : top-ups, payment for a ride, a meal, a purchase or a rental, and transfers between users. In each country it will be backed by a licensed electronic money institution that holds and ring-fences the funds — and it will never introduce a commission on transactions between users.
Held deposits
The YlyRent deposit is currently declarative. Actually holding it, which depends on integrated payment, will remove the main obstacle to renting valuable items between individuals.
Insurance and supervision
National partnerships covering passengers, parcels, jobs and rentals, alongside real-time supervision and a back office for dispute mediation.
One country, one partner.
YLYGO rolls out territory by territory, alongside local partners who know their market. Because the platform is already multilingual and multi-currency, it launches in a new country without redevelopment — in Europe as much as in Africa.
